Butterflyonline was proud to donate equipment for the recent ITTF/IOC Olympic Solidarity Coaches Level One Course in St. Kitts and Nevis.

Butterfly Sponsored Coach, Richard McAfee was selected by the ITTF to conduct the course which ran from August 16-25, 2004. Twenty-four aspiring coaches attended the course, which made use of the ITTF’s Excellent Level One Coaching Manual. Six of the participants were women.

The country of St. Kitts and Nevis consists of two beautiful islands in the West Indies. Only recently has St. Kitts and Nevis established a Table Tennis Association. They have joined the Latin American Table Tennis Union and are in the process of joining the ITTF. This was the first such course to be taught in their country.
