Blade & Rubber Help

Many players are often intimidated by the wide selection of blade and rubber sheets available to them. Therefore, we have called upon our knowledgeable coaches to help answer the question:

"What blade and rubber combination do you recommend for a beginning to intermediate level player?"

"My answer is to explain to the student, that their first racket should have very all-round playing characteristics. The reason for this, is that no one can predict just what type of style the player will end up developing and they need equipment that will allow them to develop any style of play. My personal favorites to recommend are the Primorac or the Timo Boll with Sriver 1.9 mm rubber."
