Racket Assembly Steps

Apply Free Chack glue to the sponge of the table tennis rubber. When applying the glue it is milky white. After spreading it, the glue starts to change its colour. When it has become transparent, you can affix rubber to blade.
Step 2
Attach one of the foam rolls into the clip, then spread glue evenly over sponge side of sponge/rubber sheet, and allow to dry. Notice: With the aid of a hairdryer, the drying period of the glue can be shortened significantly.

Apply Free Chack glue to the blade’s surface and spread evenly; similar to above. Important: The foam roll should not be reused. Always use a new, clean roll. Never use other liquids at the same time.

When it has become transparent, you can affix the rubber to the blade.

Starting with trademark side of sheet at handle, roll evenly on to wood to avoid air bubbles.
Step 6
Using a cylindrical object such as a rubber cleaner can, roll evenly across the &rubber sheet applying firm pressure.

Using sturdy, sharp scissors, cut rubber sheet starting at the right side with the sponge side facing up.
Step 8
For an even cut, use the blade as a guide, cutting with the scissors flush against the blade's edge.
