Spread chack evenly over the wood using enough to cover the entire blade surface.

Spread chack evenly over sponge side of sponge/rubber sheet, and allow to dry.

Make sure that you let the glue dry so there will be a bubble/dome effect before you assemble.

Starting with trademark side of sheet at handle, roll evenly on to wood to avoid air bubbles.

Using a cylindrical object such as a rubber cleaner can, roll evenly across the & rubber sheet applying firm pressure.

Using sturdy, sharp scissors, cut rubber sheet starting at the right side with the sponge side facing up.
