Mathieu Theriault on home soil may well be
a player to watch in Markham

"Leading While Remembering" is the motto for Markham, a city located in the Greater Toronto Area of southern Ontario.
Very much that will be the situation from Monday to Saturday October 2-6, 2012.
Markham will be the home for the Scotiabank Canadian Junior and Cadet Open; a tournament that leads table tennis in North America into a new dimension and one that will surely be remembered for years to come.
The Scotiabank Canadian Junior and Cadet Open has been elevated to the status of ITTF Junior Circuit Premium event.
ITTF Global Junior Circuit Event
The Scotiabank 2012 Canada Junior & Cadet Open will feature singles and team events in the junior and cadet and categories.
Prize Fund
The Canadian Table Tennis Association offers a total prize fund of US$ 8,000; there are no tax deductions.
Maximum Number of Entries
A maximum of 150 entries is accepted.

Preliminary entry forms should be returned by Wednesday August 22, 2012 with final entry forms returned by Sunday September 2, 2012.
