Philippe Molodzoff designed the ITTF Level

A new venture and a step forward in the development of table tennis worldwide, the inaugural ITTF Level Three Coaches Course concluded in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur on Friday September 28, 2012.
However, that was not the conclusion of an extensive and most detailed overall program.
It was followed immediately by an ITTF Level Three Course Conductor Training Seminar on Saturday and Sunday September 29 & 30th.
Present conducting proceedings were Philipp Molodzoff of France, who had prepared the Level Three program and Glenn Tepper, the ITTF Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director – Development.
Venue for the proceedings was the National Training Centre with the Table Tennis Association of Malaysia and the National Sports Council of Malaysia being the hosts.
Watertight Package
A major aspect of the course was attention the detail; making sure that the final package was in perfect shape for official release in 2013.
Therefore, input and exchange of ideas from the experienced coaches present was invaluable.
Attendance
A total of eight coaches, targeted by the International Table Tennis Federation, attended the ITTF Level Three Course with coaches, who will be conducting such itineraries being present as students; the intention being to give the teachers an insight from a the students’ perspective.
In addition four coaches from Malaysia who had passed the ITTF Level Two Course attended in the role of official course participants.
Successful Students
Unquestionably a successful course and there were three very successful students in particular.
"All passed the comprehensive exams with ITTF Deputy Executive Director Education and Training, Polona Cehovin Susin, clearly justifying her position with the perfect score", said Glenn Tepper. "Richard McAfee and Aleksey Yefremov were close behind; however, the intention was not to formally assess the ITTF targeted candidates."

Top Marks
Top marks and also top marks to the local organizers.
"The International Table Tennis Federation is most grateful to Chan Foong Keong and Christina Chee from the Table Tennis Association of Malaysia for providing perfect conditions and excellent organization for the course", added Glenn Tepper. "Also, my thanks to the National Sports Council of Malaysia for their outstanding support and to Philipp Molodzoff for his many long hours of preparing the higher level program."
Groundwork Completed
Groundwork completed another string has been added to the bow of the ITTF Development Program.
The task may principally have been to fine tune matters, the end result is the string that has been added, creates a fine tune.
