Rules modified for Racket Control

September 2, 2012 - Decided and approved by the ITTF Board of Directors at its meeting in March 2012, certain rules have been modified for Racket Control in the ITTF Handbook.

A consequence is that new Directives for Racket Controls have been approved for Referees effective as of Saturday 1st September 2012. The new Racket Control policy will be implemented at all ITTF Sanctioned events starting from September.
