CAMPS & CLINICS

Triangle Table Tennis CAMPS are designed for beginning level students. Camps teach the history and rules of the sport (racquets, balls, points), basic skills such as how to properly grip the racquet, basic strokes, application of strokes, when to use one technique versus another. Students listen, observe, learn, and then try out what they have been taught. Camps have a minimum of 4 participants, with a maximum 8:1 student/staff ratio.

Triangle Table Tennis CLINICS are designed for intermediate level participants. Our clinics expand upon (or if necessary, provide correction and adjustment to) previously learned knowledge of techniques and skills. Instruction will include footwork, strokes, drills, serves, strategy, and refinement of techniques. Overall emphasis is upon developing sound basic skills, and honing those skills to a higher level of consistency. Clinics have a minimum of 4 participants, with a maximum 8:1 student/staff ratio.

TRACK OUT & SUMMER YOUTH CAMPS
Ages 7- 14 years.
Daily Monday through Friday from 12:30pm until 3:30pm.

Triangle Table Tennis Track Out or Summer camps are offered most weeks of the year, and require no previous table tennis experience. Our week-long camp provides engaging and fun afternoon sessions from 12:30 to 3:30 pm, and motivates young players as they learn table tennis fundamentals. The camp is led by experienced coaches using a combination of lessons, practice matches, drills, fun games, and open play. Our experienced coaches adapt the core curriculum to meet the needs and abilities of the individuals within each camp. Young players will soon begin to improve hand to eye coordination, develop muscle memory, and understand fundamental strokes. Additionally, they will gain a deeper understanding of the rules and etiquette of table tennis through structured play. Each Friday, camp week culminates with the opportunity to play in an informal camp tournament with small prizes given to all participants. Register at Triangle Table Tennis' website.

2015 INTERMEDIATE CADET & JUNIOR CLINICS
Ages 11-17 years.
Daily Monday through Friday from 12:30pm until 3:30pm on selected weeks.

Players must have a USATT skill rating of 1000-1600 to participate in this clinic. This clinic is not for beginning skill levels. (Unrated players may contact Triangle Table Tennis to arrange for a free evaluation with a coach to obtain an estimated skill rating.)
Triangle Table Tennis Intermediate Cadet & Junior Clinics are offered on selected summer or school holiday weeks. Our clinics run for five afternoons in a single week, and emphasize the development and improvement of critical foundation skills for the sport of table tennis. Additional goals of the clinic include forming muscle memory, building stamina, and improving strategic thinking ahead to win a point and subsequently win games and matches. The clinic is taught by advanced and elite level coaches, who may adapt the core curriculum to meet the needs and abilities of the individual participants. Students will have an opportunity to practice techniques and skills with a pro! Each Friday, the clinic week culminates with the opportunity to play in a round robin or single elimination format clinic tournament. Register at Triangle Table Tennis' website.

Triangle Table Tennis also offers Group Lessons and Private Lessons.
