Butterfly Table Tennis Question and Answer

Question:

Please compare the butterfly Tomokazu harimoto ALC and ZLC in terms of speed, spin , control and flex . Does the ZLC have a larger sweetspot compared to the ALC ? Which of these blades will better suit looping mid distance from the table? Additionally Which of these blades would provide higher dwell time? Thank You

Hi Akhil,  
 
The Harimoto ZLC blade has high elasticity, so you can play powerful shots while the Harimoto ALC blade is flexible and soft, for more stable play. Therefore, the Harimoto ZLC has excellent speed while the Harimoto ALC has excellent control. The Harimoto ZLC blade is my recommendation for you because when you play, you can hit hard anywhere on the table.
