The league’s rapid growth has led to an influx of talented players making themselves available for next Tuesday’s draft, including Top 100 players like Liam Pitchford and Debora Vivarelli. But they’re not alone, and we’re elevating our draft coverage and main show to meet the level of talent being selected.

We’ll have the picks live in real time, analysis from Evan Lepler and Sean O’Neill, interviews with players and coaches, and much more. It’s gonna be a great show, and a big day for the league.

🚨 Portland trades Kou Lei to Seattle for Nikhil Kumar 🚨

More history was made this week with the league’s first-ever trade. The Portland Paddlers officially traded Kou Lei — the league’s No. 2 player in the power rankings — to the Seattle Spinners for league No. 28 Nikhil Kumar and Seattle’s third round pick in Tuesday’s draft (No. 19 overall).

It’s rare to see rivals in any sport do business, but we can’t wait to see how Portland fans react at their next home games. We’re sure Sean O’Neill will have some interesting thoughts during the upcoming draft broadcast.

Today (May 17) is the official trade deadline in MLTT, and no other major moves are expected to take place.
