The video shows Team USA player, Kanak Jha training with coach Stefan Feth at his home club, the World Champions Table Tennis Academy in Santa Clara, California.

When did you start playing table tennis?

I started playing table tennis when I was five years old.

Who influenced your development the most?

The biggest influences in my table tennis development have been coach Stefan Feth and coach Li Zhen Shi.  And they have helped me throughout my career with both aspects on and off the table.

Name two of your most memorable results?

Two of my most memorable results have been qualifying for the Rio Olympic games and winning the US Nationals back-to-back.

What are your 2018 short term goals?

My short-term goal is to compete well in the upcoming Youth Olympic Games in October and hopefully give myself the best chance to win a medal there.

What is your current Butterfly Equipment Setup?

I’m currently using the Timo Boll ALC paired with Tenergy 05 on both sides.

What made you choose Butterfly Equipment?

I think Butterfly had the highest quality table tennis products and is simply the best in all aspects of table tennis.

What is your best advice to young players?

I think the best advice to young kids is just to enjoy the sport as much as you can and try to train hard.
