Butterfly Training Tips: Stroke Chemistry & Footwork Video

Liu Juan demonstrates a three shot sequence that will help develop your stroke chemistry, footwork and fitness building. The three shots are as follows:

1) Backhand loop from backhand
2) Forehand loop
3) Forehand loop
